2.  

How much do you exercise?

I do about 30 to 45 minutes of cardio/aerobic type exercise several times a week, and do some weight/strength training.

I don't do any cardio/aerobic activity, but weight train regularly for strength.

I don't do any strength training with weights, but do regular aerobic/cardio training.

I do at least one hour of strength or aerobic exercise per day nearly every day and sometimes for even longer periods. I rarely take a day off from exercise.

How much stress do you have in your life?

I live a fairly balanced life and although I have my ups and downs, I take things in stride. I rarely worry about issues as I realize it will all work out in the end.

Although I feel stressed out internally at times, no one around me can tell I am stressed. I am good at taking time for myself to get a massage or do some physical activity. I would like to be a calmer person overall, though I have learned how to cope with my personality.

C

  

I can be high-strung and lose my temper at times, especially when I feel there is too much on my plate or things around me are unpredictable. People who know me well stay clear of me at this point. It can take some time, but I can get myself to calm down by utilizing the tools I have.

"All systems go" describes me best. Even when things around me are calm and relaxed, my thoughts are racing and I have difficulty getting myself to calm down. If I take a yoga class, I think they are wasting my time with the meditation at the end. Close friends or family have mentioned that medication may be something I should consider taking.

I am allergic to fish and strictly avoid it and any fish oil supplements.

Do you plan on getting the flu vaccine?

I would not get the flu vaccine if you put a gun to my head.

If the risk increases, I will get it.

Absolutely. I think vaccines are a wonderful preventive tool.

I have ready have received flu vaccines in the past.

If the bird flu is spotted in the U.S., I will get an anti-flu drug like Tamiflu.

There's no way I would ever consider taking a worthless drug like Tamiflu.
